The ticket office and gift shop closes 30 minutes before closing time, and on-site ticket purchases are only possible during the opening hours of the ticket office.

Access
- By community transport: buses No. 10 and 13, Sziklai János St bus stop;
- By car: the Dungeon Visitor Centre has no parking facilities of its own; parking is available in the surrounding streets: in the Bem József St car park and in Óváros Square, for a parking fee;
- On foot: Ruttner House is located at the intersection of Jókai Mór St and Sziklai János St;
- By bike: the Castle Dungeon Visitor Centre has no bicycle storage.
